Contact

Nicynix is a small, distributed practice. We work across time zones and in close partnership with local collaborators, so the best way to reach us is simple and human: send a message with who you are, where you’re writing from, and what you’d like to explore, education, therapy support, co-production, or a community presentation. We’ll route it to the right person and reply as soon as we can.

For general inquiries about future availability, collaboration, or research-related questions, please contact the coordination team of LearnCUID. We appreciate your interest and will do our best to respond as capacity allows.

If you’re a school, clinic, community group, festival, or cultural space interested in co-designing work (listening labs, consented sound libraries, small therapeutic audio tools, or public presentations) tell us your goals, the setting (online or on-site), and any accessibility or safeguarding requirements. We’ll propose a small, low-risk first step and build from there. If your note concerns a specific place or community, include a line about the context so we can connect you directly with the relevant local team.

Social media

We keep social media minimal and context-first. For gentle updates, session notes, and listening prompts, follow Instagram: @nicynix, curated by our Southeast Asian team, currently around 9.5k followers. When new shelves from our sound libraries open (education, therapy-safe textures, or community notes), we announce them  on this website.

Streaming & releases

Our primary work serves small, trusted circles; public releases happen by invitation and with written consent. Streaming channels may open in the future for selected works (EPs, radio hours, and place-aware mixes). We’ll share links on the site when they’re ready.

Safety, consent, and withdrawals

If you participated in a Nicynix session and want to change how your materials are used, write to us immediately. Mention the place, approximate date, and any filenames or links you were given, and we will revise or retire entries from our working libraries in coordination with your local collaborator. Your right to opt out does not expire.

Nicynix provides art-led support only and cannot offer emergency or clinical services. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency numbers or crisis services in your country before reaching out to us.

Accessibility & languages

We aim to be reachable on low bandwidth and basic devices. If you need large-print materials, offline resources, or language support, say so in your message. We’ll coordinate with local collaborators to make the exchange workable.

Note: The current website has undergone updates and improvements, with the latest update in October 2025.
